The privacy and confidentiality of the research entrusted to ReviewerOne is paramount. Our systems are designed to prevent unauthorized use or reinforcement learning on uploaded materials. All files are deleted automatically at the end of each user session, and no uploaded research is used for platform training. User chat logs may be saved within accounts for convenience, but sensitive documents never persist beyond the session. This policy safeguards user privacy and the integrity of scientific work.
